Pamela Schnetter

One of your first experiences with our office, whether it’s on the phone or in person, will be with our Patient Care Coordinator/Director of First Impressions, Pamela.

She will greet you with a smile that can even be felt even through the phone, and a genuine sense of caring. Pamela has 25 years of experience in high-end customer service helping others to achieve higher well-being holistically. Since joining Oro Valley Audiology in 2023, she has grown to assist in multiple roles of the front office from scheduling to billing. Pamela’s foundation began in audiology, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology in 1994 from the University of Iowa. She is committed to assisting patients on their hearing health journey and providing them with a positive experience from the moment they enter our office.

Outside of the office, you can find her obsessing over a one-thousand-piece puzzle, baking goodies, or cheering on her Iowa Hawkeyes football team (GO HAWKS!) You can take the girl out of Iowa, but you can’t take Iowa out of the girl.
